Company amendments and new registrations

We are registered agents with CIPC (Companies and Intellectual Property Commission)

All company amendments are dealt with by CIPC.

Dealing with the CIPC can be a daunting task because all changes made to company documents have to comply with the requirements as set out in the Companies Act of 2008. This means that a lot of forms need to be completed and submitted before a change to your company can be made.

We can assist you with the following:

  • Registration of a new Company
  • Preparation and advice on the preparation of a new MOI (Memorandum of Incorporation).
  • All statutory changes to an existing business, i.e. new address, change in Shareholders / Directors, contact details etc.
  • Changes to old CC’s.  CC’s can no longer be registered under the new Companies Act.
  • Ensure that all your statutory forms and books are properly maintained and up to date as required by the Companies Act.
